About Our Services
After ten years as an Army PTI (physical training instructor), ADM Personal Training was established in 2008, our philosophy was that a personal trainer is a coach, role model, educator, and motivator.
That philosophy hasn’t changed and is still at the core of our business offering what has changed is the continued education of our team.
Our services include:
- Personal Training
- 1-2-1 or Buddy Sessions ideal for clients who are new or returning to training. Our personalised programmes help you create a lifetime of Health and Fitness. We help you become accountable and achieve your goals, be it weight loss, strength or specific sport’s performance. Our sessions are also beneficial to children diagnosed with ADHD and other disabilities.
- 1-2-1 Corrective Exercise sessions allow us assess and determine the root causes of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance and co-ordination. The aim is to improve the quality of movement during exercise and everyday movement. Ideal for clients suffering from skeletal issues, lower and upper back pain, shoulder impairment and knee injuries. Our corrective exercise programmes are also suitable for children and adults diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
We studied at the Paul Chek Institute taking a course in Scientific Core Conditioning. This course Supports our Corrective Exercise programmes with a deeper understanding of the abdominal musculature and the biomechanical relationship in order to prevent back pain.
